RETURN POLICY

Easy returns within 14 days.

If your item doesn’t fit or you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached.

As a small independent brand, return shipping costs are not covered.

For returns from outside the EU, please declare the package as a "RETURN" to avoid customs issues.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

EXCHANGES 

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order separately to ensure availability.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD 

If your order was shipped within the EU, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, no explanation needed. The item must be in its original state, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
